FHL Properties Pte Limited (FHLP) is one of Fiji’s leading commercial property owners with its head office in Suva Fiji’s Capital City. The investment subsidiary is 100% owned by its parent company Fijian Holdings Limited. FHLP was formed on the 27th November 1985 than known as Native Land Development Corporation (NLDC) and changed name to Fijian Property Trust Co. Ltd (FPTCL).
Since the acquisition in 1985 FPTCL owned only two properties namely:
1. Ratu Sukuna House
2. Vanua House
These properties are both freehold land and strategically positioned within a prime locality of the Suva Central Business District. (CBD). In 2012 Fijian Property Trust Company Limited again changed its company name to FHL Properties Pte Ltd as a strategic move to link its core business and brand image under FHL flagship.
FHLP currently owns seven (7) properties, which majority are centrally located, except for one vacant freehold agricultural land as listed below:
Apart from providing commercial spaces for rental for our properties, FHL Properties also provide property management services to two other properties.
FHLP also have a Real Estate License No. 100.
